Prime-time Series Screening: HBO presents ‘Girls’

Created by and starring Lena Dunham, “Girls” is an award-winning comedy following the assorted humiliations and rare triumphs of a group of girls in their mid-20s living in New York City. In addition to Dunham, who stars as Hannah, the cast includes Allison Williams as Marnie, Jemima Kirke as Jessa, Zosia Mamet as Shoshanna, Alex Karpovsky as Ray, Adam Driver as Adam, Andrew Rannells as Elijah and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Desi. 

The aTVfest panel to follow the screening will celebrate the guys from “Girls.”
